Mullumbimby Spring Plant Fair will be held on Sunday 22nd October, 2023. We invite want to be a part of growing our communities’ love for plants, and increasing their connection to thriving food gardens and native ecosystems.
Bookings for October 2023 are now open.
The Mullum Spring Fair showcases:
- Over 30 diverse plant stalls, focusing on natives
- Delicious hot/cold food, cold drinks and coffee
- Growers’ Market fresh produce and home made creations
- Music by on the main stage from 9am
- Talks on stage between music
- Workshops
- Plant raffle and delicious cake stall
- Valuable environmental community groups of our area
Stall Registration
To be part of the Mullum Spring Plant Fair we ask you come from the Northern Rivers region and sell plants, or products associated with plants. We prefer to support local growers and want to connect our community with your nurseries and businesses for a thriving local economy. We love and have a passion for native and food plants.
If you meet this criteria, we invite you to register your interest for a stall. Before applying for a stall please read the below “Terms & Conditions” to have a stall, as you need to agree to them on the booking. Thanks again, we look forward to growing with you. Terms & Conditions
- You can book a stall by clicking on the above tab. You will know the booking went through Mullum SEED Eco Hub ( Mullum Community Gardens) because you receive a copy of your booking via email. This is not the actual booking but a notification confirming we received.
- When we receive your booking, we will reply with a site number and further instruction, along with Mullum Seed Eco Hub’s bank details so you can pay your fee. If you have any questions please email community@mullumseed.org.au
- Please reply to this email asap to confirm your attendance, send insurance, confirm payment, and ask any questions.
- You will need to provide a copy of your current certificate of currency from your insurance company. Public Liability Insurance, Byron Shire Food Stall Approval Certificate, required insurance documents, and any other relevant documents will be required, before being allocated a stall and beginning to trade.
- It is the responsibility of the stallholder to provide this up-to-date information, it is not the responsibility of management to chase stallholders for their updated insurance information. Should a stallholder not submit an update of their insurance, they will not be permitted to trade.
- Liability – If an incident happens on a stallholder’s site and they do not have current Public Liability Insurance, they are not covered by the market’s insurance. The stallholder is liable for any damages or injury caused.
- After receiving the booking email please pay your fee asap using your name as the reference. Don’t leave it too late as you may lose your position. Stall sites are limited, so please book, pay and confirm early to secure your site.
- If you have confirmed and paid for your site but need to cancel, please do so as early as possible so we can refill the site BUT most importantly, please cancel before Friday 13th October, to get a full refund. No refunds will be given if you cancel after Friday 13th October.

Council will be part of our Plant Fair and checking every plant stall to ensure they are doing the right thing.
